Hi guys and gals my name is brad. I hail from upstate New York near Rochester currently I own a weber kettle soon to be getting a WSM I have been grilling for along time but just got into smoking meats and what not hope to get some good tips or insight how to use my kettle better. And make new bbq buddy's along the way.
