Hey all, just got a WSM 18.5" for Christmas. I've been using a Weber kettle for the past few years and have had good success with ribs and chicken, but I'm really excited to cook low and slow now. Smoked some baby backs using the BRITU recipe and a beer can style chicken so far. Excited to try a pork butt and brisket soon. The info on these boards and the main site are just great, what a fun community of bbq enthusiasts. I can't wait to try many of the recipes I've seen on here.
