I'm new to posting here. I've been reading here for a couple of weeks.
I'm in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee! So of course...I'm cooking on a 22.5 Weber Smoky Mountain.
It's obvious there are a lot of good smoker drivers here, so I'm looking forward to learning from everyone! I have cooked competition, and cooked for up to 200-300 on pull behinds. I'm looking forward to what I can learn here, and learning to use my new WSM!
When you come here for the weekend, or on vacation, let me know. I'll tell you the shortcuts to avoid traffic, and the good places to eat!
