New York > Schenectady: Pig Out BBQ

"Pig Out" in Schenectady. Can honestly say it's the first BBQ joint I've ever went back to. Had it 4-5 times while my wife was in the hospital. I was hooked on the Sausage. The Carolina Sauce was great (I put it on the sausage), don't know if it was bottled or homemade but who cares. And the baked beans were fantastic as well. I had my relatives try the joint. They all went back too for the brisket and pulled pork. The portions are huge and cheap as far as BBQ goes I think...There was one iffy item that I had though, the corn bread. It had a real weird after taste, didn't finish it. And they don't take the membrane off the ribs. Other than that, I'll give it 4out of 5 stars.
