from SW Virginia.

Got a WSM about a week before Christmas. My son and I did a couple of small butts and a briskett for the first cook. Things turned out pretty well considering the cold weather and green horn mistakes.

Have not had a chance to do another cook but the information I have gleaned from VBWB should make the next one much better.
