Got the WSM for Christmas and used it for the first time on New Years Eve. Three baby back ribs and four chicken quarters. It was delicious! I graduated to the WSM from the cheap Brinkman and I'm thrilled! Smoking was always reserved for summer due to poor temperature controll. I can now smoke all year round!
Thanks for all the tips I have already picked up. Given some time, I hope to contribute as well.
