As a pleased and relatively new owner of a WSM 22.5, I am enjoying this site immensely! A very unique place in my experience. lots of helpful people and none of the attitude!
Smoked the first rack of baby backs tonight...nothing should be that easy! And by far, the best ribs I've ever eaten. (And I visit Memphis often!). I have used kettles for longer than I can remember but this is the stuff!
I'll work on the photos next time!
