The deck is finally clear of snow and the temps were fairly nice last night so it was time to light up the grill for some country ribs, cut from the loin.

Drizzled with Newmans Olive Oil and Vinegar dressing and seasoned with Wolfe Rub Original. Pretty tasty dinner.

Glad to hear the cooking area is clear and you are back cooking

A few weeks with out seeing any of your great meals had me

Oh and your light is right in my eyes

I LOVE the headlight!! I received one for Christmas two years ago and didn't think I'd use it that much, but boy was I wrong, those things come in handy. I have one that looks just like yours, perfect gift.

i use a "head" light also. works great and is hands free for wheelin the chair around.
