Hi all,
Chiming in from the Mission District in Old San Francisco, CA. Been lurking & reading the forums for a while now. Tons of great information on here from members, thanks! Just getting all my materials together for my Mini WSM & having a ton of fun with the process. Should be up and smoking by the new year! I plan to do quite a bit of hot & cold smoking of fish in it along with other meats & fowl so I'll have to keep y'all posted with pics and updates. Right now I'm down in Santa Cruz visiting my folks for Xmas & on Xmas day I'll be firing up their 18.5" WSM to do a pheasant, a Tri Tip, some lamb ribs, and a couple Dungeness crab. Excited!

Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself & say how much I appreciate all the knowledge & info being shared by members here. I'm also a home brewer and like to brew beers & hard ciders, talk about them, drink them and use them in recipes. if anyone wants to chat about that with me in PM or whatever, feel free to mssg me.
