Hello everyone. I've read this forum a bunch of times and it ultimately lead me to my purchase of the 22.5 WSM. The advice and recipies available are outstanding. First smoke (8 pound butt) with the new toy will be this weekend. Pictures and results to be posted later.
 
Here is a pic from my first smoke with the WSM. I could not be any happier with the results, great flavor and pretty decent smoke ring...at least I think so.
