Hi,
Great site, learning the ins and outs of the WSM. Bought our version of an ECB to see if this was something I wanted to keep going with. So after the usual fun and games with an ECB quickly moved to WSM ;).

Not many of them around in Western Australia so this site is a great help. Planning on a Christmas feast so its pressure on.

Yep been on there and trying to pull together the loads of information. I have found some good information on here too and just posted in Talking Turkey re ham and turkey at same time.

Have done BRITU and some chooks from the VWB site all turned out great.
 
Welcome, enjoy the TVWBB....Please share some of the traditional grill and smoked items of your area. I'm a fan of learning about regional foods, custom family meals etc. Thanks for Sharing.:)
