Hi to all. I am new to using my 18.5 WSM and I am hooked. My wife appreciates it also as she gets to eat some good food. We went to a local BBQ joint last week and were disappointed by the taste. We rather do it at home.

Hey don. Welcome. The WSM is addictive. But in a good way. This forum is a great place to get ideas , cooking tips and especially recipes for great rubs and marinades. Plus I have learned a ton about cuts of meat that I didn't even know existed! Good luck , man.
