This must be the best BBQ in Mississippi. It's worth the drive, but you have to search for it, as it located in basically a one room building behind another business. Leatha's is family run and the family treats you like family. Service is excellent. The food is better than the service. Pulled pork and ribs are excellent. My personal favorite is the chicken, smoked to tender perfection. Good sides too, but I usually don't have much room left for the sides after a big plate of meat.

It's a two hour drive for me, but it is well worth it.

This place is solid! We'll go there on our way through to the Gulf Coast. They have a combo plate with beef and pork ribs.. not to be missed. They sell loin-back pork ribs which are a cut above what many other restaurants have. The whole place is family operated, and they cook using original family recipes. The first time I went, my waiter offered to show me their smoker setup... very cool. Nice people and really good BBQ.
