The polls are now open! Time to vote for your favorite pork loin entry!

Here are links to each entry so you can review the photos and descriptions:

We've got some great looking entries, but there can only be one winner. Remember, the winner receives a copy of Cook's Illustrated: The Science of Good Cooking.

Voting ends on Sunday, December 2 at 9:45pm Pacific Time.

Good luck!

It's incredibly dificult to pick a favorite. These were some outstanding meals. Great job everyone!

Everyone make their entries again, I need to taste test before voting!

;)

Seriously though, very skilled and creative ways to make pork loin. Thank you for sharing the pics!

The gravy does looks delicious. Kudos to each brain behind all the creative cooks. Kim, I will say your photography skills are on par with your rotissere skills. I'm still wishing I could try a bite of the Cuban rotisserie pork loin...

W0W is all i can say! I have voted for my fav....But keep the votes comming! I bow to all the contenders!

We have our first lead change! Looks like this will come down to the wire.

I dunno 'bout you guys, but I always like to base my vote on skill in preparation and how appetizing the ingredients are before I move to the photo quality.
I'd like to see prizes go to the best cooks and not just the best photographers.
That being said, ALL of these entries were awesome!
I'm glad to be in a forum with the best backyard chefs on the net!

What? I'm just saying that I prefer to base my vote on more than just the photo quality. I should be so lucky to have a plate of the winning fudz!
