Two Turkeys at Once

Has anyone smoked two turkeys at the same time in an 18"?

I'm wondering if there will be any issues bringing a wsm up to 325 to 350 on a cold day with that much meat during a somewhat short cook.

More meat + cold weather = use more fuel and start with more hot coals.
