Is this a Pre-Injected bird? Want to brine my bird this year.

I sent my wife to the store and asked her to find a bird that does not include the "up to 7% solution" language on the label. They ALL had this type of language, except for one that said up to 3% solution.

I plan to brine my bird but don't want to ruin it by getting a pre-injected self-basting bird.

Does 3% mean self-basting or pre-injected or do you think it's safe to brine this bird?
