What's up guys nooby here! Lookin for some hindsight from the lil smokey gold smoker masters , Now who out there has mastered the l.s.g.s. in say 50 degrees f. ? Make a charcoal ring holder out of extruded steel ? Now I'm talkin steamer with the hole cut out of bottom with clay dish installed looking for a sure thing ,on lump or kingsford or royal oak, how much ,minion method? and vents on the sides ?use both ? Bank charcoal on both sides opposite the vent holes? Which position? open ? halfway ?closed? for a no fail 225 to 250 for 5 hours ? Sure would appreciate it ! There's a lot of opinions out there but not any lil smokey gold veterans I've read . Thanks
