Hello All,

Long time lurker here, finaly decided to register to get some help. I will be posting in the next few weeks for help on how to smoke a bear shoulder and tips on cold smoking salmon in a Weber Bullet with one of those saw dust maze trays.

I look forward to some good dialogue.
