I just got my WSM on Tuesday and I am doing my first ever smoke today. I'm doing the 3-2-1 spare ribs for my first. This site is amazing, the knowledge and passion that everyone has keeps me coming back. I will have many questions coming in the future..

Welcome John I always stop in at Penzy's when I get down there. Always nice to have another Michigander on the board. Heck, pretty soon we will have as many as those Wisconsinites from across the lake.
 
Thanks for the replies. The ribs turned out great, according to my neighbors who must have a super sense of smell. They came out of the woodwork when the smoke hit the air.
 
Bill we just moved here a few months ago from Florida. We love the area. People at work were telling me about Penzey's, I plan on giving it a visit.
