Hello everyone. I'm new to the thread and have been using a wsm 22.5 for a few months now. I'm doing my first overnight cook ( 4 pork butts) on Friday and will take any and all suggestions! Thanks for the info you all put up on here! This is best site in the web for Q

You said it Matty, this IS the place for Weber info. Glad you're here and I look forward to the pics of your cook from Friday:wsm: Lots of good people and lots of great info. See you around

Welcome Matty! Always nice to have another CT smoker about. Picked a great night for your first overnighter with the freeze warning! No worries it will be fine.

The over nighter went great! But I did have to add a lot of coal to keep the temp up. That freezing/windy day was a hell of a time to pick or my first overnighter! Lol... the butts came out better than I could have dreame, But I sure did use a lot of Kbb. I have some pics that ill post soon! Thanks for the warm welcome. Cook on!!
