Just bought an 18.5" WSM. :wsm: Used it for the first time last weekend. Smoked a pork butt. I'm hooked. :) This looks like a great site and I'm glad I found it. Even with as little time as I've spent here so far, I've already found a lot of good information.

Welcome aboard, Dave, from a fellow Iowan. You will love this step in your backyard growth! And the people are so forthcoming in their advice...I would be half the smoker I am without the support!
 
Hi there Dave! Good to have you here. I'm an old Iowa boy that's wandered a ways off. My wife is after me to smoke a pork butt or shoulder for pulled pork next week. Enjoy yourself and the food you will be making!
