Just wanted to post a quick hello and thank the members for all the good information. Bought a 22.5 WSM Sept 2nd. The test run was a couple racks of baby backs then last weekend I did beef ribs, sausage, 7.5lb shoulder for pulled pork. With all the lurking on here before joining everything turned out good but will only be getting better!
Thanks again and I'll start taking some pics to share!!
