Hey all... Just wanted to say hello from the sunshine state. New to BBQ, but a long time griller. So far, I've made some butts and ribs and still learning my equipment. I'm using a Weber One Touch Gold with a Smokenator. I have added a port for my ThermoWorks temperature meter probe wires - learned how to do that, here.

Welcome to the forum! Cool, you have a very similar setup to mine, though I run my Thermoworks probe through the upper vent most of the time. Where did you put your access hole? I use the Smokenator as well! Very handy and I am making a lot of smoked bacon with it these days. Easy to do with the Weber/Smokenator.
