5 1/2 lb Boston butt

Smoking my first ever Boston Butt, and I'm so pumped its my first cook on my mini.
I had quite the stall on top of not getting it on early like I wanted to this morning. I'm going on three hrs now, it's at 185.
I was going to foil it on the grill but I'm sticking it out now, 930 at night. Come on Mini WSM!

I've yet to do a butt on the mini. I'd like to hear how it turned out for you. ...and PHOTOS! I'd like to see your setup, process, and finished product!

TJ I have smoked several buts on my mini.At the stall aroun 170 on my mini I foil it and when it reaches 195 to 200 pull it.Somtimes at the stall I foil it and finish in the oven.How did it turn out ?
