New here, just got my WSM 22.5 in. Ready to break it in properly this comin Sunday. Not sure what I'm going to cook yet. Been smoking for a few years now but I'm sure glad to finally have a great smoker to use.

Hey Will. Congrats. on your new 22.5 WSM. I made "the best ribs in the universe" found in the beginners area of the "Cooking Topics" section for my first run. Turned out pretty darn good!
 
Hey will welcome. Jonesboro, ga here. I just got mine about a month ago and my wife says I'm going to BBQ her to death. I love it !.
