After Returning Problematic 1st Smoker (electric)... WSM 22.5 On Order! Hello All!

Title sorta sums it up. Bought a Cookshack knock-off and had issues so I was refunded and decided with a little extra clean up, and some additional cost to operate I hoping to find the WSM a pretty easy to maintain temp smokin' machine.

Been lurking the forum for a couple weeks while trying to decide what to replace my first attempt with and can't wait to get back on the horse. Thanks for all of the shared knowledge, info, etc. - Great looking forum.

You are gonna have way better Q with the WSM. We have an electric smoker and my gal uses it in place of the oven which needs to be repaired. The flavor when I used it as a smoker was just too bland....gotta have that charcoal flavor!!
 
Congrats on the purchase Pat. Hang around this site long enough and you can't not want a WSM. See, it worked!
