Valentine's Veal

I couldn't jump on the surf and turf bandwagon, because my Valentine doesn't really do surf. So turf it is!

Chef's cut (according to the label) veal rib chops rubbed with smoked salt, white pepper, garlic powder and thyme.

Since it was a crappy, rainy cold night here, there are no action shots on the grill. And none of Erin's sides, which are spinach stir-fried in EVOO and (Srirachi's big brother) Chili Garlic Sauce along with bulgur wheat. It's healthy but good stuff, really. Plated up and served with a bottle of Prosecco. This tasted like another 2 bottles, believe me.
