Spicy Chicken Pasta

This is a heat lovers comfort food, wether you like hot or mild!

3 bone in chicken breasts
1 small box angel hair pasta
1 can cream of muchroom
1 can cream of chicken
1 small block of mexican velveeta (your choice of heat)
1 can rotel (your choice of heat)
1 large can sliced mushrooms

Boil chicken breast until done. Remove from water to let cool and add pasta into the reserved water. Cook as directed on the box. Shred chicken with a fork or finger and cube the block of cheese. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into a 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350 for 35-45 min.

This recipe is so flexible. You can use any cut of chicken you choose. I have used turkey before. Also, you can add onion or olives. I also put in a few shakes of cayenne pepper and a few dashes of hot sauce! This stuff is TDF!~
