Two butts...one for my party, one I was asked to provide to another party. One just over 9lbs, the other 9 1/2+ each ready to inject.

Injected, rested overnight, then rubbed with Yardbird.

About 3am. One butt on each rack...cruising along

Cruising along. Temp has jumped just slightly.

Almost 12 hours into the cook...almost at the finish line. Temps dropped below freezing plus it rained most of the night.

The finished product after a 14 hour, unfoiled smoked with applewood. Bad pic...took from a playbook. Note...Bud Light Platinum is a must try.
