Need recs for two different sauces

I've been making my own rubs from recipes on this site for a couple of years now, but I'm just getting into making my own sauces.

I'm cooking for a big event (wedding party) in early May and want to make 2 different sauces. Planning on one vinegar based and another sauce that's more of a sweet sauce.

I've made the #5 sauce before and loved it. Plan to use it or one of it's many variations for my vinegar based sauce.

What are your recommendations for my sweeter sauce?

Lee, I would use the # 5 as the sweet base. I wasn't under the impression that traditional vinegar sauce used a tomatoe base. Could be wrong?

Somewhere on this board someone posted a sauce with 5 parts KC Masterpiece sauce plus one part honey. I have used this many times with success. Very easy and folks love it.
