Hotdog Chili recipe

Does anyone have a good hotdog chili recipe they wouldn't mind sharing? It can't be too involved, as I am cooking for a crowd up to 250 people and won't have time that morning to make 'gourmet' chili. This is a function at work, so I will have a limited kitchen to work with (crock pot, etc.).
 
I would go to a restaurant service store and buy it by the gallon if you are just wanting regular chili dog chili. It would end up costing you less and would surely be less hassle for you.
