Weber Summit S-450

My S-450 was just delivered a few days ago. Quite a long wait but it's finally here. This is my first big boy grill so I have a lot to learn. Will look into making a whole turkey soon. May try my hand at some ribs this weekend.

Congratulations! Do you have a rotisserie, or are you going to cook the turkey on the grates, rack, etc?

Yes I have a rotisserie, already did a hickory chicken... and this weekend may try apple wood on the next chicken. I am very happy with the grill.
I can see a turkey in the near future too!
