Here are a few pictures of the WF I picked up yesterday.

The box says these handles are oak.

I will post more pictures after I assemble it.

you're a sick sick man!
i'm sure you skipped allllll the way home with that box in your hands...

please refrain from posting your purchased price before OR after dinner time.

Thanks, I finally assembled it and I will take and post pictures when it stops raining.

Done!

I plan to add a top & bottom damper and make a smoker/grill. It will be a 26er.

I might do a small mod to it. The dampers will fit perfectly on the top and bottom flat area. That circle pictured.

Hi Derek, I picked it up for the asking price of $75. These people were very rich and relocating to Canada. The lady didn't seem to comprehend I was trying to get a few bucks knocked off. I also had to drive up in the mountains and hike down a hill and back for it.

I replaced the wood with plastic handles... since it is outside uncovered in the weather year round.

I picked up a new one last fall for $125 shipped. They still use wood handles on it. Just picked up a cover for it too from Target just last week. Love my Weber Fireplace. Especially on those cold mornings when I get up to start smoking at 4am.

To you Fireplace owners, do you know the diameter of the inside steel frame that the lid rest on?

I am looking at these and I have an extra 22" WSM middle section... I have a few ideas.
