smoked bluefish filets

picked up 6 bluefish filets from a party boat trip. i want to try smoking them but i don't know where to start. i'm thinking it'll be a low, real low, heat and a lot of smoke. anybody have some recipes or suggestions? thanks!!
 
Here are a few thoughts. I'd suggest a simple brine for 60 min, air dry to form a pellicle then smoke. The wood quantity need not be heavy. Very low heat is not necessary. You cna go lower if you wish, or you can smoke in the high 200s--your choice. It somewhat depends on what, if anything, you want to do with the fish post cook.
