Pork Chops

I made pork chops last weekend that were so good I had to make them again this weekend! I marinated them in a 50/50 mix of Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce and pineapple juice for 3 days. When they are about done I put some Sweet Baby Ray's Hot and Spicy barbeque sauce on them. A girl was here for dinner that says she doesn't like pork, and she said she couldn't even tell that it was pork. It was more like candy after marinating for 3 days. I'm doing the same thing for tonights dinner, have about 10 people to feed, and this time I have marinated a bunch of chicken in the same mix. Can't wait to eat!
