My favorite way to cook a turkey is.....

Just a simple poll here. What's your favorite way to do a turkey. Choose one of the following.

A. Using a basic brine

B. Using a flavor brine

C. Using a self-basted turkey and cooking as-is (without brining)

D. None of the above

If choosing D (none of the above), feel free to describe your favorite method. Also feel free to add anything to your answer such as rubs/seasonings used, favorite smoke wood, and so on.

Last year was my first year to cook a turkey on the WSM and I used Keri C.'s apple juice brine from this forum and it was awesome - a huge hit.

Down here it's deep fried turkey all the way. I've cooked many over the years with expensive peanut oil. Found a better way:
