Just Ordered....

Yep, I got the green light to order my 18" WSM. I did it via the link from this site so Chris had better get the credit for it.

Unfortunately it says that I won't get it until sometime in January so no smoked turkey for Christmas this year. Oh well, at least I will be able to learn to use it with no holiday pressure.

Now, what to smoke first.....
