I just have to share another great Weber Customer Service case. My two month old Q320 got a small piece of paint fall off - I guess a flaw in finish resulted in a bubble during use and later the flake falling of. This happened on the bottom half of the shell on the edge near the grates. So yesterday I sent an e-mail to our country Weber representative. Since it was holyday yesterday I got first reply this morning at 9.10 that they have forwarded my case to Technical Dep in Germany. At 10.10 I recived the answer that the piece will be replaced and sent to my addres directly from the central in Germany. This was the single fastest positive outcome of any kind of problem of any kind of product I had so far in my entire life.
