In your book, you have a recipe for Spicy Margarita Marinade. The recipe doesn't call for any lime juice. Is that correct or a misprint?

Love the book, by the way

Hi Tom,
Yes it should and thanks for catching it. Here's the correct recipe.

Spicy Margarita Marinade

Here’s perfect spicy Southwestern marinade for shrimp, chicken, or fish that’s headed for the grill.

2/3 cup tequila
1/3 cup triple sec
1/3 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
2 serrano or jalapeño chiles, seeds and stems removed, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ground chipotle chile powder

Combine all the ingredients in a nonreactive bowl and allow to sit for ½ hour.
Yield: About 1-1/4 cup.
