These guys recently won best BBQ in Michigan. Every time I am in Jackson I don't miss stopping there. Generous servings, reasonalble prices and fantastic food.

Hours of operation:

Monday - Friday 11:00 am till 2:00 pm
Saturday 11:00 am till 6:00 pm

we went there last summer one saturday with a friend who lived in Austin & Houston TX for 20+ years, and going in he admitted he was skeptical about it. Afterwards he confessed the brisket tasted authentic, and liked the variety of sauces. Overall thought it was the best place he'd been to in MI.
