Peppers and Penzeys

I am going to make a spice order today. I want to pick up some dry peppers. Anyone have any advice on which types to try?

Just as an edit the peppers they have are:

Aleppo Pepper Turkish crushed chili
Ancho Chili Peppers
Arbol Chili Peppers
Cascabel Peppers Chipotle Peppers
Crushed Red Peppers
Dundicut Peppers
Guajillo Peppers
Jalapeño Peppers
Piquin Chili Peppers s
Sanaam Chili Peppers
Tien Tsin Chili Peppers
 
Ancho, arbol, cascabel, guajillo & piquin. Don't you have access to fresh jalapenos?

Edited to add: chipotle peppers.
 
Aleppo and Cascabel also have some very nice flavor. The fruitiness of Aleppo makes it a nice addition when you want to make sauces that combine fresh or dried fruit and with heat and chili flavor.

I feel very lucky to be only a 20 minute drive from the Penzeys in Brookfield Wisconsin. It's a fun store to browse!
