So I bought a prime tri-tip from costco. Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and Worcestershire sauce

I let it get happy for a few minutes while the K Blue was lighting up

Set it up inderect steelo till it hit about 130, then a few minutes over the hot coals

Added some buttered up green beans in the CI and put them on the grill too

Letting it rest is always the hardest part!

Hacked it up

Plated with some mashed potatoes joining the fiesta.

Thanks for looking!! (I hope this worked) OK 3rd time is a charm.

Very nice!! How did you like the prime TT? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

It was really tasty but honestly, I couldn't really tell the difference between a prime and a select/choice... My sister thought it may have been a little more tender and less chewy than a lesser grade. Guess I have to make more TT for testing purposes only right
