Do you use the stoker with the Minion Method?

Is the 10CFM the correct unit for the WSM?

Should I get the eyelits from Fred's for the probes? Seems like that's a pretty smart thing to do.

95% of my cooks with my Stoker are MM. I have the 5 CFM fan and have been very pleased with it, even on high heat cooks. Eyelets from "Freds" I'm not really sure who you're referring to. I have both the Rocks eyelets and Gurus eyelets and far prefer Gurus. I've tried returning my ones from Rock's but cannot get anyone to return my calls. Very disappointed with them. He changed what he actually sends you but hasn't bothered to change the picture on his website, very disappointed. His new eyelets leave a sharp edge that your probe wire passes through and over time I assume could trim off/cut into your probe wire. Here's a PICTURE
