was curious, anyone converted their WSM? I personally dont see too much of a need for a gas smoker, maybe a gas grill... but still curious.
 
A few people have done it over the years, but not many. Many people feel real barbecue involves using wood or charcoal as a heat source, not gas. Could be useful for someone who is not allowed to own a charcoal-fired grill because of fire code restrictions.

I purchase the After Burner I recently got the WSM Bullet and love it, but I found for me Gas works best, and I like spending my time getting the recipe right not worrying about the smoker. Gas allows me to get the smoke at low temps, and get a lot of wood flavor.
