Streak Of Lean?

I went by a market this morning to pick up the pork belly they were holding for me. Unfortunately, they were holding pork stomach for me. I passed but did pick up 2 packages of really meaty streak of lean. I figured I might soak it a bit, rub it with brown sugar, and smoke it. Has anyone smoked Streak Of Lean before?
If my idea isn't going to work I'll use it to season vegetables.
