Tyring my leg rack on the Q320

I had a pack of chicken legs in the freezer that I needed to use up. So I thought I'd try and see if my leg rack would fit on the Q and allow me to close the lid. I was concerned that it may be too high to fit under the lid. To my joy it fit nicely.

Here they are seasoned with WRO...

I ran the grill at 400 degrees on the dial. The legs were done in about 30 minutes or so. They came out very good. With them being suspended like that, the hot air circulated all around so the skin came out bite-through tender, with a nice color without being burnt.
