Wow, what wonderful flavor and v. good tenderness.
Can get a piece of connective tissue but these stole the show when we got off the turkey parade.

You go to give em a try rare to med rare please.

A kroger butcher told me the senior butcher had rec. he try them. The younger butcher scoffed at the idea. The elder bought one for him to try. Now you know the rest of the story.
 
It's been a favorite cut for many years.
