Got an 18" WSM for $239 on Wed. Going to do first smoke of ribs today. Got 3 racks going on. Looking forward to trying this out. I have smoked ribs many times in my Weber kettle and they came out excellent. Can't wait to see the difference this makes. Perfect weather too, 65°, sunny, 8mph wind. Oh, I don't sauce my ribs. I just use Willinghams rub. I may post a photo when done (if I don't booger them up).
