I'm planning on trying to make the BRITU recipe next week using spare ribs and have a question, the recipe calls for mixing KC Masterpiece and honey, do I heat this up to get them to blend together better or just stir them up real good ?
 
I'm not sure it'll matter too much, but heating up the sauce and the honey can't hurt. Just don't get it too hot so it burns.

This may be a dumb question, but what is BRITU? I'm stumped.

I did BRITU last Friday with 3 baby back racks.
This was my first time to use my WSM.
I mixed sauce and honey straight out of
the bottle with no problem.
I recomend a dark honey.
Also the rub is a little salty.
