Ah, chicken dinner at Zender's in Frankenmuth. Brings back good memories of Christmas past, visiting relatives in The Mitten.

Thanks for the memory! /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Hey Chris!

My pleasure!

You coming back to Midland this year for the Holiday's?

Let me know...maybe we can finally meet up!

I have found some really good stuff on the web, rudys.com. They have a great rub for pork and beef and a turkey rub that is outstanding for poultry.

Konrad...

I have not seen a recipe for Prudhomme's Pork rub. I will search a bit more and contact you if I find anything.

Stogie:
Thanks for the recipes. Knew I just had to look around a bit. Now gotta stop and buy a soda so I have a can in which to put my Woodchuck Draft Cider - Granny Smith.
